Top Tip:

Can't decide which isokinetic speed to use?

Remember for a standard strength test a medium joint speed delivers a good balance of results and comfort.

Simply use the same speed as the range of motion. e.g. with 45 degrees range of motion - then use 45 degrees per second as your speed.
